Cut each potato length wise into thirds; cut each portion into thirds. In large bowl, combine cut potatoes and oil. Add rosemary, thyme, garlic. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl and add to large bowl. Toss potatoes to coat them evenly. Place potatoes in a single layer on Pyramid Mat. Bake uncovered for 25-35 mins. or until tender. Remove from oven and serve hot.

Q:Can you put bacon on then bake? A:Yes. I've tried it. It worked out well. Clean up was easy. You would have to use dish soap for sure, to cut through the grease.
